HENNEPIN
COUNTY LIBRARY FOYER, MINNETONKA, MN
Sheryl’s design consisted of planning seating
that was both artistic and comfortable for the foyer, blended with the
existing design and worked seamlessly with the designs of the other two
artists (floor and aerial sculpture).
To plan the seating Sheryl spent hours studying how customers used the
lobby...her styles of seating met all these needs in a superb way. Floor
design had a theme that Sheryl capably incorporated into the seating design,
thus providing an obvious continuity and also a playful experience for
children and families to interact with.

...Sheryl was able to deliver the perfect solution
for a designated space on time and within the budget we developed together.
Sheryl is an exceptional and creative artist as well as an organized business

McDONOUGH
COMMUNITY CENTER MURAL, ST. PAUL, MN
Sheryl’s expertise in this medium and flexibility
in working in a collaborative community environment produced a visually
rich and magnificent piece of art...I was impressed by Sheryl’s
commitment and communication skills as she helped people understand and
work with both the strengths and weaknesses of the mosaic medium...

WRIGHT-INSPIRED PANEL, PARK NICOLLET CLINIC, CHANHASSEN, MN
Together Sheryl and I worked out the design of a 54x38
inch mosaic panel. She provided input on the layout and color selection
as well as her expertise on the size, spacing, and patterning of the tiles...Sheryl
provided instruction and oversight of the placement of the tile bits while
working seniors from the Chanhassen Senior Center...At all times Sheryl
was enthusiastic about the project, thorough in her approach to all aspects
of its planning and execution, conscious about the schedule, and was an
absolute delight to work with throughout the process.

MISS
BLUE
Dear Sheryl--Miss Blue arrived yesterday and we adore
her! In fact, she lives in one of the most prominent spaces in our home,
on the kitchen counter, supervising us at all times...
Thanks again. We're so excited to have Miss Blue living with us.

ELVIS,
HUGO
We met you at the Madison Art Fair and our daughters purchased the Elvis garden orb for us. We would like two more garden orbs in white with fantasy figures to keep him company. They will live in our hosta garden right outside our kitchen window and I need all the fun and whimsy I can get to keep on cooking!!! Second, about your red bull dog…you need to create another for my husband’s office and his name will be Hugo. Red, please, and our bull dog would wear a rhinestone collar for walks if that is possible. Husband, the pragmatic, likes all the mosaic of red - wife, the gypsy, likes anything that sparkles. His dog house will be in a contemporary office but I can’t help husband’s taste. - Sincerely, Judie and Bill
FRIAR
HANK
I just wanted you to know that I am enjoying Friar
Hank very much. I look forward to learning more about this rooster from
you.
I have not found a resting place for the bird, but he is prominently displayed
in my dining room. - Paula
